Have you looked in GEO?

In the absence of porcine ChIP-seq for TFs and histone modifications, you don't have a lot of options. You may be limited to identifying conserved genomic regions between species that have been annotated as functional (ie ENCODE data).

Then again, you could do the ChIP-seq yourself.
