Hi guys, I'm looking for some experiments of miRNA-seq in different tissues (essentially human and mouse). I'm interesting in the row data and I'm looking essentially on GEO but I often retrieve old experiments with low coverage.
Do you have any suggestion for available databases or datasets?

Go to mirbase-> search-> By tissue expression ->search by organism -> select the tissue that you want->get experiments. Most of the links would be from GEO atabase only but it reduces manual effort a bit
