I have downloaded blast database (rpsd; for conserved domain). but I am unable to us it. so plz can anyone tell me how I can use (untar files of cdd.tar.gz file).
Actually I downloaded Conserved Domain Database (CDD) using command wget, then untar the files as it was in tar format. but now I want to use that stand alone database further, but I am unable to do so....
