LocusZoom used in different species

Hello everyone, it is my first time to be here.I am doing GWAS in ovine,is anyone could tell me whether the LocusZoom could be used in ovine? Is there any software could do similar analysis as LocusZoom in ovine? Thankyou very much

You can create custom db, pull the files from UCSC ftp for oviAri3 and then use the script provided here.

I have tried to install the softwares, unluckily, the LocusZoom could just be installed in Linux system, I am not sure which version of it could be installed, centos?or Ubun? or some others? Thanks
