FEAST - Microbial Source Tracking
Hello Everyone,
Its my first time using FEAST for microbial source tracking and I am having a hard time figuring out how to run the tool. It would be really helpful if anyone could help me in figuring out a way to run the tool.

I don't think anybody can help you without seeing your command and the error message it generated. It would be like saying I have a hard time making a breakfast casserole. You don't even know which recipe I am using, let alone which step is causing problems.
