Where can I find a whole genome sequence FASTA file for a mother, father, child or just a child and one parent?
Hello everyone, I'm trying to test some software out and need a database that will enable me to download a FASTA and/or a VCF.gz file for a family (trio or duo) analysis. I am having trouble finding an open source database for this so if anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.
