Does anyone know how to import 1000 Genomes Project VCF files into usegalaxy.org?
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use the 30X GrCH38 VCF files in the 1000 Genomes project, but unfortunately they only provide them in separate individual chromosome vcf files. So I have to concatenate them and then I can use them as a control group against my own samples.
I need roughly 200 vcf files in total.
If anyone has any input on how to go about this or if anyone knows how I can achieve this through an alternative route I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.
