Hello everyone,

I am at an impasse: I have downloaded and installed the python library miRmap and can run the first step in its miRNA target prediction analysis, however, the second step requires a dependency SPatt2.1 that I cannot seem to download from the author's like. Does anyone know where I could find an alternative source?
