Micro-Rna Target Finding Using Miranda Tool
Hello everyone
Could anyone tell me how can check whether the output which I got using miRanDa tool to find miRNA targets is correct or not?
And other is how can I check whether it is working on user defined parameter or not?

Any bioinformatic approach can take you till the prediction. You should use experimental methods to know whether that prediction is correct or not. what are your parameters? please provide little more information
