Reverse (inverse) docking

I have problem in finding of a tool for reverse (inverse docking), I have my ligands and I want to search for possible targets of them. I tried TarfisDock but its not working I have this problem: Mol2 file!FTP connection has failed!, can anyone to tell me how to solve this problem with TarfisDock or to recommend other tool.
