Hello everyone . please i need your help in specefic step in NGS anaslysis i did assembly using spades and i obtained contigs results , now i need to do scaffolding .and i think i should use gap closer gap filler and sspace . can you tell me please , which one i should use first and can anyone explain to me each software work and alson i anyone can tell me commands of each software i m bit confused about this step .
