what to do after assembly ( details about scaffolding step )

Hello everyone , I hope you're fine please i did the assembly step and now i have contigs results i need to do assembly , i think i need to use Gapcloser , GapFiller and sspace , i'm bit confused about these 3 softwares and which one to start with also for libraries preparation for sspace i don't know how to do that i'm so confused about this step , please help

Hello , just because i didn't undrestand this step so i wanted to ask about the step not the softwares , because i m confused about sspace and Gap closer if they do the same or not also , i'm confused about the input i should give to GapCloser
