thanks for answer...problem is that I would like to measure not DNA fragments, but whole mouse DNA...it is possible to use BioAnalyzer in this case?
Hi, I would like to mesure DNA. I quantify the concentration with Qubit fluorometer, but I would like to know also quality of DNA. I would like to use BioAnalyzer (Agilent), but I am not sure, that my DNA from mice is appropriate for it. Bioanalyzer measure DNA samples from 100 to 12 000 bp. Have you any idea?

The BioAnalyzer will work fine and is part of many many standard workflows. It'll work just fine with mouse DNA (in fact, I work mostly with mice and use it for that).
BTW, this is technically not a bioinformatics question, it's probably a bit more appropriate for the seqanswers.com forum.
None of the chips are geared toward full-length genomic DNA, if that's what you're after.

I think that this is off-topic, we do not focus on wet-lab procedures and equipment and molecular biology, even though someone might be able to answer it. Please try http://biology.stackexchange.com/
