Bovine mastitis microbiome study
Currently I am working in microbiome project of cows milk (mastitis). For this, I have DNA samples which already has been quantified and quality checked through QuBit and Bioanalyzer. Now, I need to prepare library for NGS. I have no idea about library prep. Can any one help me?
