Pausin index for qpro-seq
"I have performed some qPRO-seq experiments and would like to calculate the Pol II traveling ratio/pausing index to analyze my data. While I am familiar with using tools like bowtie, MACS, and samtools, my programming skills are limited, and I am unsure how to calculate the pausing index/traveling ratio. I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you!"
