Forum: How can I start learning bioinformatics? Any recommended beginner-friendly resources?

I am new to bioinformatics and would like to learn it from the very beginning. I have a background in biology and basic computer skills, but very limited experience with programming.

Could you please recommend some good beginner-friendly learning resources (books, courses, tutorials, or websites) to help me get started in bioinformatics?
