Where to find old version of GATK best practice
I just realized that GATK has updated their best practice 3 weeks ago, and now all the step-by-step instructions are gone. Now the "best practice" only has general high level descriptions of the workflow, and basically they are just advertising to use wdl in Terra.
Does anyone know where I can find older version of these best practices, with the diagram and step-by-step descriptions? Thanks.

I am looking for diagrams, and step-by-step instructions of how to build my pipelines. I think the github is only helpful if you are a wdl user and want to use the existing pipeline Broad has built.
