Hello everyone, I am facing difficulty downloading file from GEO: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE44951. (GSE44951).
For this study sample, the SRA number is not mentioned. I always used to download files from SRA. ON GEO, I did try to download files from the supplementary file section given on the bottom of the page, but the file types are CEL type, and I am unable to even open those files. I want Fastq files from this study. Can someone kindly help me, its really urgent.

Raw expression data are in the CEL files, there are some tutorials available to help you extract gene expression information from those data : https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/workflows/vignettes/maEndToEnd/inst/doc/MA-Workflow.html
