Combine .CEL files from RAW GEO compressed file into 1 matrix

Dear everyone,

I have downloaded the RAW file from GEO compressed by a lot of .CEL file, I need to combine these files into 1 matrix of probe-to-sample, can anyone give me some clues on this?
