How to retrieve information on isolation location from NCBI?
Hi,
I want to get the isolation location information(such as Geo loc name on the following figure) for all RefSeq Burkholderia cepacia complex genomes.As I want to get the info at a time for all genomes(around 3000),how can I retrieve it by using Entrez Direct? Any known script for this purpose?
