How to calculate the Z value of infernal cmscan?

The infernal Userguide says(link) enter image description here But the website of Rfam Help says(link) enter image description here Which is correct？If the infernal Userguide is correct, the number of CMs is 4108, am I right? enter image description here And I also want to know what would happen if I run cmscan without use this option. Thanks!
