String App in Cytoscape

I am performing network analysis using string app plug-in cytoscape.

But the results are not what I want since there are no any edges. why it happen?

Greetings,

It's not clear to me what happened here. I added the top 5 terms in your screen shot, and got a reasonable network. I also don't see a display name or canonical name, so something definitely went wrong. How many terms are you putting in? What does your edge table show?

Now is working... I think that server was not good so that network was not formed at that time.
