How can i export a network from String db page to Cytoscape?
How can i export a network from String db page to Cytoscape? I've having trying to do that but in the section of " Exports" there is no the option of " Send to Cytoscape"
There's something that i'm are missing? I need a special complement? I'm working on windos 10, Google Chrome.
I know that i can import a network from a public database, but the options of Species in Cytoscape are more limited than the ones on String DB, also, the displays names of the proteins are differents .

Although, I have not encountered such an issue but you can export the network in TSV format and import the saved network from the local drive.
