How to obtain level 2 GO term from go_id?
I assembled some transcripts and got the go_id of the transcripts, I want to get the first and second level go terms of these transcripts, what R package can I use?
e.g.:
e.g.:GO:0000139, I only want to obtain level 1 cellular components and level 2 cellular anatomical structure.
How can I do this in R?
