How to get Characteristics Field From GEO using Entrez or FTP Website ?
Hi Bio Stars Community ,
I need to grab the Characteristics field from a sample using Entrez or BioPython or the FTP Website.
The characteristics field shows up when I do a search on the GEO Website but when I use Entrez and do a ESearch and then EFetch or ESummary the characteristics field does not show up.
Here is a ESearch and EFetch and a ESummary , the characteristics field is not in them.
Does anyone know how and where I can get the characteristics field of a sample ?
