I was wondering if anyone had any insight into visualizing a GFF in IGV. I have some reads aligned to a reference sequence to visualize coverage and would like to include the annotations in that visualization as well for ease of presentation. I cant seem to find much information and from what I can find it seems I should be able to upload it to a track via new Load from File however, the track is empty when loaded in. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
