Method for detecting X-chromosome aneuploidy from SNP array data
I am interested in detecting X chromosome aneuploidies such as 45,X, 47,XXY, 47,XYY from the Illumina OmniExpressExome SNP array. Could you please let me know if there is any algorithm or software to detect these automatically?
