Help with Enrichr clustergram
Hi Biostars,
I try to use Enrichr with the web version, when I provide background genes, I don't have the option clustergram anymore. Do you have any idea why? I think it is helpful to know which genes involve in a pathway with clustergram. If I don't provide background genes, clustergram option is still available.
