Help with single cell annotation
Hi all,
I am trying to do cell type annotation and got some difficulty. Automatically annotate using singleR is different than annotation using knowledge of marker gene. SingleR thinks most of the cell is cardiomyocyte. Meanwhile, Pecam1 marker genes for endothelia cell is clear in one big cluster. Can I say most of the cell is cardiomyocyte base on Ttn in this plot? Would you please have a suggestion in this case? I really appreciate it!
