I want to annotate my file to reference file(downloaded from single cell portal). I want to annotate cell_type! But don't know what packages to use or how to do this. This picture is my reference file. I already did singleR but this reference data is usually about lung data. And also I definitely not well understand how annptation is working..... I want to use mouse Wat data which if fit well to my data. I need your help! Thank you so much!
