Hello, I'm trying to use the software ipyrad, and these are the parameters I've selected. I'm sharing a database with 44 individuals organized, and this is how it's running. Steps 1 and 2 run without any issues, but step 3 remains at 0%. I've been trying for over a week, and I haven't made any progress. Can someone help me? This is my first time using it.
