transcript abundance, control and wgs
Is anybody able to recommend a set of tumor transcript abundances together with those of matched normal tissue controls and whole genome sequences? The TCGA set does not include the genome sequences but is otherwise suitable.

TCGA data has WGS On the other hands, those are adjacent normals, which might not be real normals.
