Hope you are well. I have seen some tutorials regarding the analysis of flow cytometry with R-Bioconductor. Most of these tutorials using single sample as the example. Is there any other open source that provides workflow on how to analyse multiple samples at once. Looking forward to some inputs/suggestions from you all. Have a good day!
