Bulk and Single cell TCRSeq analysis

Dear All,

I am engaging in bulk and single cell TCR Seq for my postdoc research project. I am wondering whether our members here could point me to vignette including starting from alignment tool, softwares required for alignment, setup, data preprocessing, cleaning and actual analysis. I had a lot of success with MiXCR before with both bulk and single cell TCR analysis.
