Mis-paired primers
Hello,
How can we find potential Mis-paired primers in a manifest file of Illumina ampliseq?
I see SNV in one primer of a amplicon. I want to find which other primer has a similar sequence that leads to this. Obviously, I can not check one by one, so any smart solution is highly appreciated!
