Multiplex PCR Primers
I want to evaluate individual primers in the multiple primer pair set to determine their compatibility to use as multiplex PCR primers. I found that MFold 3.6 software can find compatible primer pairs among my designed primers. Unfortunately, MFold is a Unix software! what is the solution for me to check these primer pairs online or on windows?
