Elaboration and validation of primer combinations for Multiplex PCR
Hi. I have set of different primer pairs for microsatellite analysis and I am interesting in developing a Multiplex PCR. I would like to know if there is any software out there that can iteratively check for primer compatibility and then identify groups or subset of primers that minimize potential issues such as primer dimers and secondary structure.
