Grinder, first and second primer
Hello!
I am using Grinder and I have a problem with primers, I would like use the first and second primer for an amplicon, but I do not understand how I can do it.
Furthermore I do not understand If I can insert others primers in my file to generate others amplicons.
Please could you help me?
