LINKING OMICS/SYSTEMS BIOLOGY

Can anyone please suggest me some easy and good introductory materials on HOW TO LINK OMICS SCALE DATA?

I am currently dealing with microbiome data and would like to learn to link data between genomics transcriptomics and proteomics levels.
