Forum: Looking For Articles That Used Multi-Omic Techniques For Personalized Or Familial Clinical Studies
I am looking for a bunch of papers that used bioinformatics approaches to analyze mult-omic (genomics, regulomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics) data sets in a clinical setting (ideally for families or individuals) for diagnosis, treatment or molecular profiling.
I am adding two articles here, please add if you know about similar studies.
- Clinical assessment incorporating a personal genome
- Personal omics profiling reveals dynamic molecular and medical phenotypes
I hope biostars would be interested in such list interesting.
