Assembly of 2 different illumina read lengths
Hello, I'm trying to do de novo assembly using illumina 2x150 reads. I also have Illumina 2x300 reads for the same sample. Can I use two different read lengths in assembly and if so how can I do that. Which tools are preferred in this regard? Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you

You can use SPAdes. Check the manual to see how to use multiple illumina PE libraries
