How can i exclude genetic variability inherited from parents in offspring ?
Hello everyone,
I would like to exclude SNPs inherited from parents given offspring, in particular, i have VCF files generated with Haplotype caller for Father, Mother and offspring (this one is generated from pool-seq data).
Do you know any software/pakages/tools to perform this kind of analysis? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
