Filter SNPs based on more than one segregation pattern (1:1 and 1:2:1)

Hi,

I wonder if anyone suggests me how to filter SNPs based on the Mendelian segregation pattern of 1:1 and 1:2:1 at the same time. I do have my GBS SNPs data with F1 progeny and parents (Father and Mother). I am trying to create a linkage map with this population. I am looking for SNP markers which follow this pattern (Parent1-Homozygous (or Heterogyzous) x Parent2-Homozygous (or Heterogyzous) and both parents Heterozygous. Any tools or software??
