I have a 2 by 3 table that don't meet requirements for fishers exact test. What is the best alternative test? The table is as follow:

Thanks Pierre Lindenbaum for answer. My problem is some values in the table are less than what is required. So, we cannot use chi square I believe. How should we solve this and what test is best in this case?
