Check this page for some definitions: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/help/anomnotrefseq/

from large multi-isolate project - assembly is one of over 100 assemblies for multiple isolates of the same species generated by a BioProject. Typically, these are pathogen surveillance projects.

Ok. Thanks. But are these a kind of MAG?

A genome assembled from metagenomic data. Basically, I want to understand why "from large multi-isolate project" is a reason for not including a genome on RefSeq.
