From where should I retrieve the reference genomes of human microbiota?
Hi, Does anyone know if there is an updated page from where I can easily retrieve the curated reference genomes of human microbiota, I think it´s possible to do that from HMREFG page of NIH Human Microbiome Project, however, it is based on GenBank 11/2009.
