How to make a diagram of a gene?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew how to make gene diagrams like this: enter image description here

I can't find an email for the author so thought I'd ask on here, and also if possible, where you would find the labels associated with the gene (like oligomerization domain).

Check out seqvisr. pdomvisr() comes close to what you're looking for, I think.

Hi, are you asking for pdomvisr()? Those details need to come in the form of an annotation table. For example from InterProScan. I can offer more concrete suggestions if you can give me more details.

You're welcome. So if you're going to use pdomvisr() with InterProScan, take a look at the help vignettes first. The function requires you to modify the tabular output a bit in order for pdomvisr() to be able to process it.
