Risk Allele of SNPs of CSP1
I found 6 SNPs of CSP1 gene-based only on Pathogenic through NCBI Variation Viewer:
But I don't know how to find risk alleles associated with these SNPs. Also, I need to design a formula to use SNP's health and importance to result in an overall gene percentage by using risk alleles.
Could anyone help me?
