I would like to ask if you know any database available in order to download the whole genomes and/or partial sequences of all the type strains within a family

Yes, the assembly and genome database from NCBI. You can check out the references to your species on the taxonomy database.

You can download them manually or by using the NCBI Entrez Programming Utilities for that:
