How download bacterial gene sequences for specific country or region?
Hello,
I have a gene name (also sequence) for a specific bacteria. I want to download all nucleotide sequences for this gene of that bacteria based on different countries or regions (like the NCBI Virus database). Is there any database or way (code or R package) to download the nucleotide data in this manner? Unix or R-based code is preferable.
